• What is considered 'too much'?

  Boy: We don't talk enough?! We talk about two or three hours a day, everyday and you're saying that's not enough?
  Girl: Well.. to me it isn't. Talking a lot is like five hours or more. Think about it. We live so far away from each other right now that it would cost about $400 just to visit for only a few days.
  Boy: Okay aren't you taking it a little too far now? I still think two or three hours a day is a lot. Do the math. You spend about an average of 8-10 hours of sleep, 4-6 hours of work, 3-5 hours cleaning the house or doing chores and running errands. That leaves about 2-3 hours for talking on the phone. Do it everyday.. we talk about 14-21 hours a week! That's almost a day in total.
  Girl: I still think we don't talk a lot I think maybe it's because of our schedules. I only get to talk to you from 1am to 3am sometimes I can't even do that because well... you have to work early so that means sleeping early and that means we can't talk. I'm always waiting up for you to call because I miss you and I like talking to you.
  Boy: At least I call don't I? So you can't say we don't talk enough. I think we talk too much and you're asking for too much.
  
  There's the problem. What is considered too much? Some people can talk on the phone for HOURS and say it's still too little while others vice versa. Is it who we're talking to and what we're talking about that makes it seem like too much or is it really too much?
